Hi everyone! I'm Pei-Yun, from Taiwan. I'm currently considering some cosmetic procedures in South Korea, but to be honest, I'm a little worried about finding a truly trustworthy clinic. My Korean is only at a basic level, so communication will definitely be an issue.
I'd like to ask everyone, when you foreigners go to South Korea for medical treatment, how do you usually choose a clinic? Are there any red flags I should be wary of? Also, regarding translators or consultation languages, should I ask the clinic in advance if they offer English or other language services? I'm worried that if communication isn't clear, the doctor might not fully understand my needs.
Has anyone had experience seeking medical treatment in South Korea? How do you assess a clinic's professionalism? Thank you for any advice!
