Hi! My name is [Name] 😊 I'm planning to have some beauty treatments at Setul Clinic soon, but I'm worried about the language barrier. I can speak English, but not very well with medical terminology. I'd like to know if the clinic has staff who speak Thai, or if English is sufficient for the initial consultation.
Has anyone been there before? How was the consultation with the doctor? Should I prepare myself with strong English skills beforehand? Or are there any ways to make communication easier? I was thinking of asking for an interpreter, but I'm not sure what to do.
I would appreciate any advice from those with experience. Thank you so much! 🙏
