How can you trust clinic reviews in Korea if you can't read Korean?

Hello everyone! I'm Zahra from Indonesia, planning to get aesthetic treatment in Korea next year. But I'm stuck on one problem—many reviews are in Korean, and I honestly can't read them well. I'm afraid that some good reviews might actually have red flags I'm missing.

Can anyone give me some tips on how to filter out worthwhile reviews? I've tried translating, but it feels a bit strange and I'm afraid I'll misunderstand. Is there a forum or group specifically for foreigners who have had treatments there?

Also, from your experience, are there any warning signs to look out for when looking at reviews or clinic pages? Like, claims that are too good to be true, or is there something else that makes you suspicious? I want to be well-prepared before I go, because this is a long process, haha.
