Hello everyone, I'm Hong from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Korea for some aesthetic/medical procedures but I'm a bit worried about finding a trustworthy place. I don't speak much Korean, so I'm really concerned about communication issues and misunderstandings during consultations. To all the international folks here, how did you find your clinics? Are there any ways to check if a place is reliable?
I'm especially interested in knowing: What channels did you use for your search? Should I look at reviews from friends or online first? What about interpreters – what do you usually do? Are there clinics that frequently offer language support, or do I need to hire a private interpreter? I'd also like to know what I should ask during the initial consultation to ensure I fully understand everything.
I would be extremely grateful if you could share your experiences. I want to be sure I'll receive good support and understand all the steps clearly before making a decision. Thank you!
