I'm wondering if it's necessary to bring cold compress products or anti-swelling items from home, or if it would be more convenient to buy them after I arrive? Also, when it comes to skincare, what kind of products should I use during the recovery period to be safe? I've seen conflicting information online, and I'm not really sure what actually helps.
