Hi everyone, I'm Yao. I've been thinking about doing a small cosmetic procedure while I'm on holiday in Korea, but I'm a bit worried about the flight back and the aftercare. I heard that swelling can be quite significant in the days following the procedure, and I'd like to know how everyone deals with it. Especially during such a long flight...
I'm wondering if it's necessary to bring cold compress products or anti-swelling items from home, or if it would be more convenient to buy them after I arrive? Also, when it comes to skincare, what kind of products should I use during the recovery period to be safe? I've seen conflicting information online, and I'm not really sure what actually helps.
If anyone has experience with this, that would be perfect! Please share how you prepared for it, especially those of you who had longer flights home. Thanks so much!

Stay calm, I was thinking the same thing too 😅 I see that swelling after the procedure is stressful, but most people say that if you prepare well beforehand, it's not a big deal. You can also fly back as long as you follow the recommended guidelines.
I read your post and wanted to reply because I'm actually thinking about doing the same procedure! I'm anxious just like you about what I need to prepare and how to take care of myself afterward. It's really nerve-wracking, but I think I should finish researching the procedure first and then learn from people who've already done it, because preparation seems really important. I'd love to hear thoughts from others too.
