As a foreigner, which type of review should I trust? 😅

Hello, I'm from Thailand and looking for a clinic for treatment, but the problem is I'm not very good at reading Korean 😭 I've seen some posts saying that most reviews online might not be trustworthy, or that some are just marketing ploys. My question is, how can I distinguish genuine opinions?

Could someone tell me some red flags to avoid? Like, anyone who writes questionably, or something that, judging by the language and writing style, makes me think, "Wow, this is a real person writing this?" I'd like to ask more specific questions.
