Post-beauty treatment recovery essentials list ~ What did everyone bring?

Hi sisters, I'm planning a small procedure in Korea next month and want to get my post-procedure care items ready in advance. I've heard the first few days after surgery are crucial, so I want to bring some trusted products from home.

Right now, I'm struggling with what exactly to pack. For example, for cold compresses and silicone scar sheets, I'm not sure which brands are best. And what about soothing gels? Has anyone used them? There seem to be so many options, and I'm also unsure if I can bring everything on the plane...

I'd love to hear how everyone cared for themselves after procedures in Korea. Do you have any recommended recovery products? I'm especially curious about what genuinely helps versus what might just be a placebo (lol). I haven't really set a budget yet, so I'm also keen to hear about everyone's experiences!
