Hi everyone, I'm Trang from Vietnam. I'm planning to find an aesthetic clinic in South Korea for a consultation, but I'm feeling a bit lost because I don't know where to start or what to look for. I see so many clinics online, but I'm unsure how to distinguish between genuinely reputable ones and those that just inflate their advertising.
I'd like to ask fellow international patients who have undergone treatment there: what do you prioritize most when choosing a clinic? For example, is the translation service good, do the doctors speak English or another language you understand, or is it possible to have an online consultation beforehand to ask questions?
One more question: do you have any tips for your first consultation? I'm worried about feeling pressured to make a decision on the spot or being recommended unnecessary services. I'd be very grateful if anyone with experience could share their insights!

I can understand your concerns! In my experience, it's best to prepare a list of your thoughts for the first consultation. This way, the doctor can get a clearer understanding of what you truly want, rather than passively accepting recommendations. Also, if communication is a concern, you can ask in advance about their translation services to feel more at ease.
I'm very interested! Trang, have you already chosen a place or are you still undecided? May I ask if you went alone or with someone you knew? Because I'm also worried about whether I'll be able to understand the doctor's recommendations 😅
