Hello! My name is Tum, and I'm a Thai person considering a trip to Korea for cosmetic surgery. However, I'm currently struggling with budget and planning. 😅
What's really bothering me is not knowing exactly how much money I need to prepare. I know there are many expenses involved, from plane tickets, accommodation, food, and initial consultations at various places before the actual procedure. To be honest, I've never been to Korea before, so I have no idea how many days I'll need for the flight, hotel, and recovery after the procedure, from arrival to returning to Thailand.
Does anyone know how many days one typically needs to stay for recovery after the procedure? How many days in advance do I need to go for a medical check-up? And how can I find reliable standards or references to trust? If anyone has been through this, could you please share your experience? It would be a great help. Thank you in advance!

I just went through a similar experience, so I really understand how you feel, Dunn! 🙃 I suggest you contact a few places to ask about the recovery timeline first, because different procedures have different recovery times. That way, you can figure out how long you need to stay and the corresponding budget. As for finding reliable information, I usually check international forums, Reddit, or ask people I know who have had the procedure done to hear about their real-life experiences!
