I know Korea has a long-standing reputation for eye surgery, but I'm worried about several things, such as flying so far and how long I'd need to recover. If any issues arise, it would be difficult to follow up with the doctor. And the total cost, including flights, accommodation, and the procedure... how much would that really be?

So, I'm wondering if anyone has a method for thinking through or factors to consider when making a decision like this. Do you think I should compare it with procedures done in Thailand first? And how important is post-operative follow-up? Thank you for sharing your experiences!
