Tips for caring for swelling and what to pack when traveling after a minor procedure?

Hi everyone, I'm Hanh from Vietnam. I'm planning to have a minor procedure done here, but I have travel plans for a few days afterward. I'm quite worried about caring for the swelling while traveling, so I'd like to ask if anyone has any experience with this.

I need to know what essentials to bring to help reduce swelling and care for my skin after the procedure. I've never had anything done before, so I'm a bit lost. Do you have any product suggestions or tips? And what should I avoid in the first few days?
