Tips for managing swelling and aftercare products to bring when traveling after a minor procedure

Hi everyone! So I'm planning to have a minor procedure done here, but I have to fly back home to Indonesia a day or two afterward. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to manage aftercare during the flight and once I get home.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How long does swelling usually take to subside? And do you have any product recommendations or tips to bring for the trip? I've heard cold compresses and special skincare are really important, but I'm not sure what to prepare.
