I posted this because I'm curious about how people manage swelling before flying back home😅

I'm getting a procedure done in Korea next month, but I have to return to Japan right after. I'm wondering if there's usually a lot of swelling right after a procedure…? If swelling does occur, how much does it typically go down by the time you get on the plane?

Also, if there are any swelling management tips or aftercare products worth packing in your suitcase for the trip back, I'd love to know! Things like cooling sheets, moisturizing products… has anyone actually used something and been glad they brought it? Since there are probably a lot of people coming from America and Europe too, I'd be grateful for any advice that's helpful regardless of flight duration🙏
