아침엔 맥모닝After finding a place good for gynecomastia surgery and settling on the hospital, here is finally a real review for week 2.
I’m back with a review now that it’s been two weeks since I finally resolved the gynecomastia that had been stressing me out for so long..! I originally tried to lose some chest fat by strictly following a diet and working out really hard, but instead of losing weight, my chest strangely kept looking more prominent and seemed to get bigger. I was seriously having a mental breakdown lol. It got to the point where I got into the habit of deliberately hunching my shoulders inward to cover my chest, worried that my nipples would show when I wore clothes. Naturally, my posture got worse, and whenever friends asked to go to the sauna or swimming pool, I would always make an excuse to avoid it, so the stress was off the charts. I looked into places known for good gynecomastia surgery, and had the surgery at Yumino Clinic using an axillary incision. Now I feel much better. It has only been two weeks since the surgery, but if you look at the photos, can't you see the difference just by looking? As for the wrinkles around the nipples, I guess because the skin stretched a bit after the surgery and I've been wearing a compression garment, a few folds formed. I think they will slowly disappear over time, so I'm not worrying about it lol. (Before the surgery, it was very noticeable like this when I wore clothes..) It has only been two weeks... There is a yellowish bruise and some slight swelling remaining, but even taking that into account, it’s amazing how the bulge has completely disappeared when viewed from the side and front. Since it was an axillary incision, the scar isn't very noticeable, and seeing how flat my chest has become makes me wonder why I suffered and got stressed out alone when I should have found a good place for gynecomastia surgery and gone to a hospital sooner. I am so happy knowing that once I recover well, I can walk with my shoulders back and won't have to worry about my chest when choosing clothes. I hope everyone carefully researches places that are good for gynecomastia surgery and manages to escape that stress. Also, make sure to look into the private health insurance coverage carefully. At Yumino Clinic, they examined my chest condition well with ultrasound and gave me an accurate diagnosis, and they took good care of the paperwork for my private insurance as well.
