와이에유It has been a week since my gynecomastia revision surgery, so I am still being cautious, but I would appreciate it if you could take a look to see if it went well.
This is before and after revision surgery. It's been a week; do you think it turned out well? I had surgery for gynecomastia a long time ago, but I think it didn't improve properly because I rushed the procedure. The fact that my chest protrudes is a problem, but my nipples also feel sunken, and the shape is asymmetrical. It bothered me even more and caused me stress whenever I wore a T-shirt. Still, since I paid for the surgery, I left it alone, thinking it would get better over time. However, even after several years, there was no sign of improvement, so I eventually ended up having revision surgery for gynecomastia. I searched extensively for revision surgery cases for a while, and I was very worried because I learned that it is a difficult procedure due to adhesions with tissue remaining from the first surgery. However, the director at the hospital where I had my surgery this time was a breast specialist. During the consultation, I could definitely tell he had performed many gynecomastia surgeries. I felt confident because he said he frequently handles not only general cases but also revisions and complex situations. He explained the surgical method based on my existing scars and tissue condition, making it easy to understand, and I liked that he didn't seem to make excessive guarantees. Usually, an areolar incision is used, but since I didn't want to worry about scars, I chose the Yumino method, which uses an axillary incision. It has been a week since the surgery, and now I have bruising. The swelling hasn't completely gone down yet, and there is a slight tightness, but the pain and discomfort are much less than during my first surgery, so I'm not anxious. Since it wasn't a direct incision on the chest, I'm less stressed about the scar, and using my arm got better faster than I expected. I am currently managing it while wearing a compression garment, and I can already see a difference. To be honest, while I'm not completely satisfied, I am looking forward to the results. I would appreciate your feedback on whether it looks good to you.
