AK탕탕I had gynecomastia surgery.
My gynecomastia looks pretty severe, doesn't it? This is a photo I took before the surgery, and it was really stressful. I was worried because my chest was quite large for a man. I was told that since it is gynecomastia, it cannot be improved through exercise alone. So, I got hospital information from a friend who had successful gynecomastia surgery. I went to the same place where my friend had his surgery and had the procedure done. Unlike other places, they offer surgery via an axillary incision here. I looked up a lot of information when researching gynecomastia surgery. I saw that some people occasionally regret having surgery via an areola incision due to side effects. I had the axillary incision done at Yumino Surgery. Relief, it wasn't as painful as I expected, and the bruising and swelling weren't severe. I think the director did a great job of minimizing bleeding. I wore a chest compression belt on the day of the surgery, and that was really tough. Fortunately, I only had to wear it for that one day, and now I'm just wearing a compression garment, so it isn't extremely uncomfortable. Also, it doesn't interfere with eating or daily activities, so there isn't any major inconvenience. However, I haven't been able to shower for a few days... Still, since it needs to heal cleanly, I'm avoiding water. I'll be careful not to touch it. I finally feel like I'm free from my gynecomastia worries, and I feel so relieved haha. I'll leave another review later.
