바코드삑Gynecomastia Surgery Review! (Warning: May be shocking / Includes before and after photos)
I finally got surgery for gynecomastia at Yumino Surgery, a long-standing complex of mine! Perhaps because I feel like I’ve finished a major homework assignment, my body is a bit tired, but my mind feels incredibly light haha. It’s a bit embarrassing, but... I’m posting a photo from before the surgery. As you can see, my chest area stood out particularly prominent even when I was wearing clothes, so I used to walk around with a hunched posture. No matter how much I exercised, this part just wouldn't go away, so I was under a lot of stress. Even though I wanted to work out, I was so self-conscious about the eyes watching me when I wore tight clothes or undressed at the gym, so I lived a life where I could never take on the challenge. ㅠ I looked into several hospitals known for performing gynecomastia surgery well, and Yumino Surgery had the best reviews. In particular, the fact that they could perform the surgery via an axillary incision appealed to me greatly. I proceeded with the axillary incision as decided during the consultation, and this is the post-surgery state where I am wearing a compression garment and compressing my chest! To be honest, I was very nervous and worried right up until the surgery. But seeing the shape of my chest in the mirror before putting on the compression garment, and seeing that the bulging had immediately disappeared, was fascinating and gave me a huge sense of relief. I thought the compression garment would be very constricting, but it’s actually easier to get used to than I expected. Since it firmly supports my chest, I actually feel a sense of stability! It would be a lie to say there is absolutely no pain, haha, but it’s just like the muscle soreness you get the day after a super intense chest workout, so I don't think it will significantly interfere with my daily life! I tried wearing a T-shirt over the compression garment, and I’m already thrilled that my chest doesn't feel like it used to bulge out like it used to. Just as the director said, I am satisfied because the chest shape turned out smooth without any indentations. I feel much better psychologically, perhaps because I don't have to worry about scarring on my chest. I agonized over the surgery thousands of times beforehand, but now that I’ve actually had it done, I wonder why I waited so long. When I looked up reviews for gynecomastia surgery, I saw posts saying that mammary glands cannot be removed without an areola incision. But after having the surgery done with an axillary incision myself, I realized that it is definitely possible to remove them, and that the most important thing is the director's skill. Haha. If anyone is stressed about gynecomastia like me, I recommend getting a consultation as soon as possible! Also, personally, I think it is best to go to a place that checks your chest condition well using ultrasound. I was able to clearly understand my condition right from the consultation, and I understood how the surgery should proceed much faster! I can fit into clothes like this that I never even dreamed of before, so I am already looking forward to this summer. If you have any questions regarding gynecomastia, please leave a comment. I will help you to the best of my knowledge.
