I got a micro-fat graft for my aegyo-sal! Before, I considered aegyo-sal fillers, but I was a bit disappointed with the duration, and I didn't want to get fillers in my face, so I chose the micro-fat graft for my aegyo-sal. Now that I've had it done, the most satisfying thing is how natural it looks, just like my original aegyo-sal. When I smile or when I'm expressionless, it doesn't feel overly prominent; it just subtly enhances my eyes, making my overall impression much softer. ~ It's even to the point where I barely need to do aegyo-sal makeup when I put on makeup, making my morning routine easier. And when I take pictures, my eyes look clearer and more lively, so I'm very satisfied haha. Personally, I really like that I don't have to worry about the shape changing like with fillers or constantly thinking about the duration. I just love that it feels like my own!
