나니가스킹I just had gynecomastia surgery. I think it went well.
This is a photo I took before the surgery. I'm writing this post after getting gynecomastia surgery at Yumino. Since I tend to bruise easily, I ended up with quite a bit of bruising, more than I expected. However, compared to before the surgery, you can definitely see that my chest has gone in, so I am very satisfied. Still, it wasn't as swollen as I feared, and the pain wasn't severe, so it's quite bearable. I only have to be a little careful when moving, but wearing the compression garment actually makes me feel more at ease. Even though it's still swollen, seeing that the chest I was so stressed about has gone in makes me feel relieved. Honestly, I didn't expect to see dramatic results right after the surgery, but I'm already so satisfied. For the time being, I plan to refrain from exercising and avoid overexertion while monitoring my recovery progress. Please cheer for me, everyone.
