I had gynecomastia surgery at Yumino last week. I’m sharing this to keep a record of it haha. During the consultation, they told me I had quite a bit of mammary gland tissue, so I didn't think I could get rid of it with exercise alone. I made up my mind and scheduled the surgery date, but when the day actually arrived, I was so nervous haha. Still, the director was meticulous from the moment he started designing the procedure, so I trusted him completely. Before surgery When he drew the design after I heard the explanation Taken after I got home after surgery Since it was right after the surgery, as you can see, there is some bruising. I have a body type that bruises easily, but the area is wider than I expected, so I’m curious if others experienced this much initially. Relief is that the incision was made in the armpit rather than near the nipple, so the area around the nipples is clean with no scars, which puts my mind at ease a little. I have something attached to my armpit right now, and while there is a slight tingling pain, it is bearable. It’s definitely fascinating to see that the chest tissue that used to bulge out before the surgery has flattened out but I’m still not quite in my right mind because of the swelling and bruising. Actually, not really haha. It should go away quickly over time, right? The compression garment is really stuffy, so I'm worried about the future...
