Honestly, I used to think, "Why would a man get shoulder fillers?" I work out quite consistently, but my shoulders just wouldn't develop the line I wanted. Especially in winter, when I wore knits or coats, they looked bulkier... and because the line dropped down, I often heard people say I looked hunched over.
