저녁먹고땡I just got gynecomastia surgery.
Before Surgery I've been really stressed because my chest area has been particularly prominent for a long time. In the summer, I always wore oversized clothes, and I absolutely couldn't wear thin t-shirts. I thought exercising would help, so I even tried chest workouts, but it actually made it look even more noticeable, so I eventually ended up looking into surgery. I looked around at several hospitals and consulted with about three of them. It hasn't been many days since I had gynecomastia surgery at Yumino Surgery, and thankfully, it wasn't as uncomfortable or painful as I expected. On the day of the surgery, moving my arms around a lot was a bit difficult, but basic things like eating alone or going to the bathroom were fine. The pain wasn't unbearable, but more like severe muscle soreness. I feel a bit of a pulling sensation in my chest when I stand up or exert force. After surgery It has only been a few days since the surgery, so there is still some swelling, but even taking that into account, it is amazing that the protruding lines are gone haha. It is a bit stuffy wearing the compression garment constantly, but I guess that can't be helped... There is still bruising and swelling, so it seems too early to judge the results, but I am more satisfied than I expected, so I am leaving a review. I guess I should wait at least a month to confirm the results, right?
