The difference before and after shoulder filler... *shivers* Writing this feels a bit awkward, haha, but I thought I'd share this in case there are others out there like me who are eagerly searching for reviews of male shoulder fillers. My shoulders are naturally a bit narrow and sagging compared to my body size, so I was really stressed about getting dressed. I even signed up for a gym and tried working out my shoulders pretty hard, but maybe because my bone structure itself is sagging, my trapezius muscles just got bigger. Far from having square shoulders, my neck actually looked shorter. The fit was terrible when I wore short sleeves in the summer, so I found out about male shoulder fillers through a friend's recommendation. I heard that QBQ has a lot of reviews for this and does a great job of creating a natural look without being excessive, so I went there for the procedure. Honestly, I felt a bit embarrassed for a man to go to a clinic like this;; but once I actually went, I saw quite a few men there, which reassured me. As for the pain during the procedure, since they used anesthesia, it was just a dull ache. It was more bearable than I expected, and it was over quickly. When I looked in the mirror after the procedure, I was amazed because I could see my shoulder line instantly coming to life right before my eyes. As you can see in the photos, before, my shoulders felt like they were sagging limply downwards, but after the treatment, the ends filled up perfectly, dropping at a distinct right angle, and the frame itself looked wider. The day after getting this, I met up with friends. It was hot, so I just wore a basic plain short-sleeved t-shirt, but a friend asked me why I looked so bulky and jokingly asked if I had been secretly taking pills and working out lol. They were staring at my deltoid muscles a lot. It was a bit embarrassing to admit I got fillers, so I made up an excuse that I've been working out hard lately, but I felt super proud inside. It seems like there aren't many places that do male shoulder fillers, but the director at QBQ does an incredible job of shaping the lines.
