The procedure is performed by using PRF (Preservative Fibrin Fiber), separated from the patient's own blood, to aid tissue adhesion. The procedure is primarily performed using a closed technique that minimizes the incision area; however, an open technique may be used in conjunction if necessary for tip or nostril correction. **Procedure Features** **Use of no implants → Reduced foreign body sensation** **Performed primarily with small incisions or non-incisions** **Performed using a method that minimizes the incision area** **Can be performed on the same day depending on the condition following consultation (takes approximately 1–2 hours)** **Performed directly by a board-certified plastic surgeon
