I'm Huong, and I'm planning a trip to Seoul for a while to get a few procedures done on my face. I've seen so many advertisements for beauty clinics in Gangnam and Apgujeong, but I'm a bit confused about which area would be more convenient to stay in. Ladies who have been there before, how long did you stay? I'm thinking about 2-3 weeks, enough time for procedures to heal and also to do some sightseeing.
Do any of you have experience with which areas are more convenient? I'm considering staying near the clinics or in a more lively neighborhood and then taking a taxi/metro. My budget isn't very clear yet, but I'm looking for reasonable accommodation that's not too expensive :))
Can anyone who has experienced these areas share their thoughts? This is my first time traveling alone, so I'm a little nervous. Thank you, ladies!

Hi Hương! I also went alone and totally understand your concerns 😊 I chose to stay in a livelier area and took the subway or a taxi to the clinic. This way, I could shop and relax during the day and had places to eat at night, which really helped my mood during recovery. Two to three weeks is a great amount of time; you'll have plenty of time to move around slowly during your recovery. If you're looking to save money, you could try looking for guesthouses or hostels. Many foreigners stay there, and it's a good way to meet people!
