Hi everyone, I'm Yan! I'm planning a beauty trip to Seoul next month, but I'm not too familiar with the city's layout yet. I've heard that the Gangnam and Apgujeong areas have a high concentration of beauty clinics – is that true? I'm mainly looking to consult about some treatments and also want to experience Korea's skincare atmosphere.
I wanted to ask, if I'm getting treatments in the Gangnam or Apgujeong areas, would it be more convenient to stay in those neighborhoods? Or is it okay to stay elsewhere in Seoul and just take the subway? I'm looking for a place with convenient transportation and good dining and shopping options nearby, so I can relax before and after my treatments.
Also, I'm curious, how do you all plan your beauty itineraries? Do you consult with all clinics at once, or do you take it as you go? Oh, and are there any specific things I should pay attention to before I go? For example, language barriers or appointment booking methods – experienced ladies, could you share your tips?
