Hello everyone! I'm Vina from Indonesia, and I'm planning a trip to Seoul specifically to try out treatments and skincare. I've heard Gangnam and Apgujeong are the places to be for beauty stuff, but I'm still a bit confused about which area I should choose to stay in.
For those of you who have been there, what were your experiences like? Is it more worth it to stay in Gangnam or Apgujeong, or are there other areas you'd recommend? I'm looking for somewhere convenient for finding clinics, but also not too expensive 😅 I'm also curious, which part is busier with international tourists like us?
Oh, and while I'm at it, I wanted to ask—how long should I ideally stay to experience treatments properly? I was thinking 5-7 days would be enough? And do you have any tips for first-timers like me on navigating and communicating with staff? Really appreciate those who share their experiences! 💕

Bina, I was thinking the same thing, so I'm lucky to have found this post! I've been wondering whether Gangnam or Apgujeong is better, so I'd love to hear other people's opinions 🙏 It seems like 5-7 days would be enough time to do quite a bit, right? I think communication might be manageable if we try using translation apps. Let's gather information together 💕
Oh hey Bina! I'm actually planning something similar from the US and your questions are so helpful 😊 I've heard great things about both areas too, though I'm leaning toward staying somewhere in the middle so I'm not spending all my time commuting between neighborhoods. And yeah, I was also wondering if 5-7 days is enough time — fingers crossed it is because that's about all I can take off work!
