Hi everyone, I'm Qian, from mainland China. I'm planning a beauty trip to Seoul in the second half of this year, but I'm still a bit fuzzy on Korea's geography haha. I've heard that there are tons of beauty clinics and skin management shops around Gangnam and Apgujeong. Is that true? Has anyone here lived or traveled in that area?
Mainly, I want to ask—if I want to visit clinics in that area, would it be more convenient to stay in Gangnam or Apgujeong? Or are there other neighborhoods you'd recommend? I'm looking for somewhere with good transportation access and nice amenities, so I can do treatments during the day and grab dinner out in the evening.
Also, I wanted to ask everyone—how long in advance do you need to book appointments for cosmetic treatments abroad? I'm still doing my research and have watched a lot of guides, but I'm still a bit uncertain. I'd love to hear everyone's experiences, especially advice from other international visitors!

Hey, I think Gangnam is more convenient since there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and parks to relax in after your beauty treatments. As for booking, I'd recommend reaching out about 2-3 weeks in advance if you can, because peak times tend to fill up really quickly!
Hey! I did a beauty trip last year and honestly staying in Gangnam made things so much easier for me—everything's walking distance or a quick subway ride away, plus there are tons of cafes and restaurants to chill between appointments. I'd say book consultations at least 2-3 weeks ahead if you can, especially if you're coming during peak season, just to be safe!
Hi! I'm also from China, so I totally understand your concerns haha. I wanted to ask—have you reached out to the clinic online to ask about appointment availability? I've heard that booking a couple of months in advance during peak season is usually the safest bet. I'm curious, when are you planning to go?
