Has anyone compared lower eyelid surgery options? I'm so conflicted.

My under-eyes keep sinking and my dark circles look really bad, so I'm looking into under-eye surgery. However, comparing the procedures is actually making me more confused.

I'm not sure what the difference is between lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning.

I'm even more conflicted because comparison posts say that every case is different...

To properly compare procedures, I should probably look at my current condition first, right?

I'm curious to know what criteria those who have consulted for both used to make their decision.
