Hi everyone! My name is May, and I just booked my ticket to Seoul for next month. I'm so excited! 😭 I've been thinking about it late into the night because I want to try new things and learn more about K-beauty.
I'm hoping to get vitamin facials and maybe try some other skin services, but I'm not sure where to start. Has anyone been before? I'd love to hear about your experiences – what was fun, or what should I try first? I'm from Thailand, so I'm wondering if there are any good, foreigner-friendly clinics near the airport for when I fly in.
Also, in Thailand, we usually only go to a few beauty salons, but in Seoul, there are so many, I don't know how to choose! If anyone has a favorite place or recommendations, please let me know. Thanks in advance! 💕

As a fellow foreigner, I totally get how you feel! Seoul has so many options, it can be a bit overwhelming, but I recommend looking for places with good reviews from other foreigners first. Then, give them a call to see if they speak English to avoid any misunderstandings. Wishing you a wonderful trip! 💕
Hello Mei Yi! I felt a bit overwhelmed too when I last visited Seoul, but my advice is to start by exploring skincare shops in Myeongdong or Gangnam and asking the staff for recommendations. They're usually very friendly to tourists 😊 I personally began with simple facial treatments to get a feel for the Korean technique and style before deciding whether to try other procedures. This way, you won't feel too overwhelmed right from the start!
