Hello everyone, I'm Aki. I'm planning a beauty trip to Seoul next month, but honestly, I'm undecided about which area to stay in. Gangnam and Apgujeong seem famous, but what are they actually like in terms of atmosphere?

I'm hoping to try out various hair salons and skincare shops, so I'd prefer an area with lots of those. However, the hotel I stay at and nearby cafes are also important... Where did you all stay? Are there other areas where there's a lot to see within walking distance?

This will be my first beauty trip to Seoul, so I'd be happy to get some advice from a foreigner's perspective. It would be really helpful if you could share which areas were easy to navigate, or what your actual experiences were like after visiting!
