Among all the teas for swelling, the most effective one for me was Super Limpothy Ultra!! It comes in tea bags and is caffeine-free, so I drank it every day like water, and the swelling went down really well!!

I take Geumbisu. It contains ingredients like mature pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke, so I highly recommend it for reducing swelling.
