Heyyy ladies, I'm Lan, and I just booked my tickets to Seoul for next month and I'm super excited! It's been a long time since I've had the chance to go, so I want to make the most of it by learning more about skincare and beauty experiences there.
I've heard a lot of people talk about beauty spots in Seoul, especially in areas like Gangnam or Hongdae, but honestly, I'm not too clear on them and wanted to ask you all which ones are really worth trying. I'm interested in skincare treatments, facials, or anything that helps make the skin brighter and healthier. Do any of you have experience with this?
Also, I'd like to know some tips for communication – do I need to know Korean, or do places usually have staff who speak English/Chinese? For budget, I'm planning to set aside a moderate amount, not looking for anything too extravagant but still want good quality. Has anyone been before and can share their experience? 🥰

Hi Lan, I'm also planning a trip to Seoul next month, so I found your post incredibly helpful! 😍 I've heard that many places in Gangnam have English-speaking staff or translators, so you can rest assured, you don't need to know Korean too well. Wishing you a wonderful trip!
OMG Lan, I'm also thinking of going to Seoul next month! 😍 I've actually heard that Gangnam and Hongdae have great spots, but like you said, no one really knows exactly which ones to go to. Regarding the language, I think there are many places with staff who speak English, but maybe we can learn a few simple Korean words before we go. Let's talk more about our experiences after we get back! 🥰
Hi Ran! That sounds like a super fun plan 😊 I'm curious, have you had any beauty treatments before, or is this your first time? I'm asking because I want to know if we need to do some research beforehand or if we can just ask the English-speaking staff directly.
