Hi everyone! I'm Mei, from China. I'm planning a small beauty treatment in Seoul this October, but I'm not very familiar with the area. I've heard there are many beauty clinics in Gangnam and Apgujeong, and it sounds quite lively, but I'm not sure if staying there is the most comfortable option for tourists.
I'd like to ask you all, where do you usually stay if you're going to Seoul for a beauty treatment? Is it necessary to stay in Gangnam for convenience? I'm a little worried that it might be too commercialized or that accommodation will be very expensive. Also, are there any other good areas that are convenient for going to clinics but not too crowded?
Also, as a first-time visitor for a foreigner, is there anything I should prepare in advance? For example, language barriers, or how to find clinics online? I welcome everyone to share your experiences and suggestions; asking here feels much more reliable than figuring it out on my own!
