I don't know if it's because I'm getting older or for some other reason, but at some point, I started suffering from persistent dizziness whenever I just turned my head while maintaining the same posture.
At first, I thought it was mild orthostatic hypotension and just endured it, but after some time passed, it felt completely different from what I used to experience.
Later, I also had nausea and a feeling of vomiting, to the point where people around me asked if it was a serious illness and told me to go to the hospital.
So I went to the hospital, and they told me it was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). So, I think I've done almost everything I could—replacing the canaliths, getting IV fluids, and taking medication.
But even so, the lingering dizziness persisted.
Since the nausea and vomiting didn't go away, I searched for a hospital on YouTube and ended up getting treatment at Gangnam Evian Korean Medicine Clinic.
When you go there, you undergo an examination first.
The test results showed that while the canaliths were an issue, my entire body was suffering from sleep deprivation and a very poor balance of my autonomic nervous system.
The director also advised that benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) wouldn't get much better with just a short period of treatment and that consistent treatment is best, so I've been receiving treatment for three months now.
There hasn't been a huge change yet, but the dizziness is gradually disappearing and the nausea has subsided significantly, so I wanted to share this experience.

I'm curious what treatment you are receiving. I also get benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) occasionally.
I do pretty much everything: acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, herbal medicine, etc.
