Hi everyone! I'm Juan, from China. I'm finally going to Seoul next month, and I'm super excited! This time, I mainly want to experience Korean beauty culture and skincare. I've heard Seoul has a lot of beauty clinics and skincare treatments, but I haven't been to any of them, so I'm a little unsure where to start.
I'd like to ask you all, what skincare treatments or beauty-related things are must-dos in Seoul? My skin is combination skin, leaning towards dry, and I'm currently debating whether to get a deep cleansing treatment. I've heard that Korean skincare routines are very meticulous, with various treatments, but I'm not sure which ones are suitable for me.
Also, will there be any communication problems in English or Chinese when going to clinics for these treatments? My Korean is practically nonexistent 😅 If anyone has had similar experiences in Seoul, could you share your thoughts? I'd really love to hear your tips and advice!

Hello! I'm also planning to go to Seoul next month, and your plan sounds amazing! I'm also debating whether to try a deep cleanse or other skincare treatments because, as you said, Korean beauty culture is really meticulous, and there are so many choices, I'm a little unsure where to start 😅 I look forward to seeing your future posts, and I hope we can both find the right treatment for ourselves!
Oh, I understand now! I went to a clinic for the first time and felt like there were so many choices! 😅 Honestly, I recommend trying a clinic with staff who speak excellent English. Before you go, try to have a basic conversation with them, or download Google Translate. They're familiar with international clients. As for skincare, if you have dry skin like yours, it's much better to get a skin assessment and consultation beforehand instead of guessing.
