My shoulders look too narrow, perhaps due to my trapezius muscles, so I'm looking for places known for excellent shoulder fillers.
They say you have to be born with square shoulders, but I really want to go to a place that specializes in shoulder fillers and get the procedure done properly.
I'm a little worried that the fillers might feel foreign or wear off quickly.
I'm writing this post because I'm really curious about the satisfaction levels of those who have had the procedure.
Are there any directors in the Gangnam area who can create a beautiful design?
Price doesn't matter; I just want to know of places with truly skilled professionals.

If you look at reviews for Nest shoulder fillers, they seem to do a great job of creating natural-looking straight shoulders, so you should check it out.
I want to get shoulder fillers too.
I'm currently looking into shoulder fillers and am deciding between Nest and Monster. I'm reading a lot of reviews. I really want to have straight, square shoulders.
I heard Nest is good at shoulder fillers!
