I am planning a short outing and trip after being discharged next month. Please let me know the essential medications to pack for wound disinfection, swelling relief, and pain management, as well as disinfection methods, packing tips, and a message to check with the hospital in advance.

Also, pack your prescription, a copy of your medical certificate, sterile gauze, saline solution, hand sanitizer, and prescribed medications in their original packaging.
If you're traveling right after being discharged, did your doctor say it was okay?
I remember being surprised because I got tired much faster than I expected when I went out right after being discharged from the hospital ㅠㅠ
It's a good idea to print out at least two copies of your prescription so you won't panic if you lose one.
