Hi everyone! I'm Jia, and I'm planning a short treatment in Seoul, but I don't know much about the city. I've heard there are a lot of beauty clinics in Gangnam and Apgujeong, is that true? I'd like to find a place to stay that's close to the clinic and convenient for daily life, so I don't have to travel every day.
Have any of you stayed in these areas? Gangnam seems very bustling, but I'm worried about the cost of accommodation. Apgujeong sounds more upscale, but I don't know much about that area either. Basically, I just want a place convenient for my treatment, and places to relax with cafes or shopping nearby.
Also, with so many beauty clinics in Seoul, do you have any advice on how to choose one? I've had some procedures done in China, but I know nothing about Seoul. If anyone has been there recently or is planning to go, let's discuss it! Looking forward to your advice!

To Jia! So you've had treatments in China? Are the atmosphere and price ranges quite different between Korea and China? It would be helpful to know. 😊
Hi Zia! I'm planning the same thing, so your post was really helpful. From what I've heard, the Gangnam area is indeed busy and convenient, but the budget is indeed higher than other places. Maybe we can compare notes after exploring more; who knows, maybe we'll have some useful insights to share!
Hi Zia! When I was in Seoul yesterday, I stayed in the Gangnam area, and there are indeed a lot of beauty clinics there, but I agree that the prices are quite expensive. A tip: try checking out the areas around Apgujeong or even Cheongdam, which are still close—there are lots of cafes and shopping spots, but they're more affordable than the center of Gangnam. Good luck finding the right place! 😊
Hi Jia! I also had a procedure done in Seoul recently, and Gangnam really does have a lot of clinics, plus plenty of cafes and shopping, so it was very convenient. The accommodation costs are a bit on the higher side, but considering the hassle of getting around, I think staying near the clinic is less stressful. Gangnam is busy even at night, so it's nice that you don't have any trouble with shopping in the evenings. Good luck!
