Hey everyone! So I'm finally booking a trip to Seoul and I want to make it count. I'm thinking about doing some aesthetic consultations and treatments while I'm there, but honestly I have no idea which neighborhoods are actually best for this stuff. I keep seeing Gangnam and Apgujeong mentioned everywhere online, but I'm not sure if that's just hype or if they're genuinely where most of the clinics are?
Also, where did you guys end up staying during your beauty trips? I'm trying to figure out if I should be close to the clinic area or if Seoul's transportation makes it easy to get around no matter where you are. I've heard the subway is amazing, but I don't want to be exhausted traveling if I'm recovery from anything.
And real talk — are there other neighborhoods worth exploring for this? I'd love to feel like I'm actually experiencing the city and not just being tourist-y the whole time. Any tips from fellow foreigners who've done this would be so helpful!

I'm planning the same thing and hope to go soon 😊 Regarding the accommodation, I was also wondering whether it's better to live near the clinic or choose a location convenient for sightseeing, because I often ask others for advice on whether going up and down the metro will cause back pain during recovery! This is my first time going to Seoul for the same reason! I totally understand your concerns about location and recovery—it seems like it would be better if it was close to public transportation so I could get back to my hotel more easily.
