What criteria did you all use to find a good orthodontic clinic?

I'm looking into orthodontic treatment, but I'm not sure what the criteria are for a good clinic.

I'm hesitant to decide based solely on reviews because everyone's case seems so different.

If I go for a consultation, can I get an immediate idea about the treatment duration and whether extractions are necessary?

Aside from the director's experience, are there any other essential factors I should look for when choosing a good clinic?
