I really can't seem to lose weight during menopause...
I was thinking about getting injections to lose weight, but with Wigobi and Maunja,
the muscle loss is too severe, and I can't take them for the rest of my life, you know.
I'm also scared that if I start, I might experience a rebound effect.
So, I'm thinking of trying diet herbal medicine, just to treat it like a tonic for menopause.
