Hey y'all, I'm Diana from the US (California, to be specific!) and I just found this community. I'm honestly still pretty new to the whole K-beauty and aesthetic treatment thing, so I'm excited to learn from everyone here.
I got into skincare a couple years ago and fell down the rabbit hole of Korean products—like, the ingredient lists are insane compared to what I was using before. But lately I've been wondering about some of the actual treatments people get done in Korea, not just the products. I've seen so many before-and-afters online and read some blogs, and I'm curious what the experience is actually like from people who've actually done it.
I'm definitely not brave enough yet to book anything, but I love reading everyone's experiences and seeing what people are getting out of it. Has anyone here traveled to Korea specifically for treatments? I'd love to hear what drew you to it and what your experience was like. No pressure though—just really interested in learning!

Hi Diana! I'm from abroad too, so I totally get how you feel. I've been to Korea once and tried a few things, and the best part was using that time to explore actual K-beauty stores and chat with the staff there—they were super helpful and guided me in picking products that suited me. Maybe starting from there could help you get more comfortable with the experience before you decide to try any treatments 😊
Hi Diana! I totally feel the same way. I started out with skincare products, but now I'm really interested in actual treatments. Online photos are amazing, of course, but you really want to hear honest feedback from people who've actually had the procedures done, right? Since I'm in the same boat, let's hear everyone's experiences together in this community.
