Hey everyone! I'm planning my first trip to Korea in a few months and I'm honestly so excited but also a bit overwhelmed with where to base myself. I've heard Gangnam and Apgujeong are like *the* spots for beauty clinics and treatments, but I'm not sure if I should stay right there or if there are other neighborhoods that are better for tourists?

I'm mostly looking to do some consultations and maybe get a procedure or two done, but I also want to actually enjoy Seoul, you know? Like good food, shopping, cafes. So I'm wondering—do you guys who've been there recommend staying in Gangnam itself, or would somewhere like Myeongdong or even further out be better? Is Apgujeong walkable from other areas or do you need to take the subway everywhere?

Also, how long did you all spend on your beauty trips? I'm thinking maybe 10 days, but I'm not sure if that's realistic or if I should plan shorter. Any tips on how to navigate finding places to stay near clinics without it being super touristy and expensive? Would love to hear your experiences!
