Hello everyone! I'm Diah from Indonesia, and I'd love to hear about your experiences finding an aesthetic or medical clinic in Korea. I'm a bit confused about how to know which clinics are truly trustworthy, especially since my Korean isn't very fluent. Can anyone help answer?
What I'm curious about is: how can I check if a clinic has staff who speak English or Indonesian? Is it really important to have my own interpreter, or are most clinics already equipped for this? And during consultations, do they really explain what will be done, or are there specific tips for asking the right questions?

Hi Diah! I totally get the language worry—I'm from the US and went through the same thing. My tip: when you call ahead, just ask directly if they have English-speaking staff or can arrange an interpreter before your visit. Most places I contacted were actually super responsive about it, and knowing that ahead of time made me way less nervous going in!
