I also looked into and tried Seongnam Maunja, and it seemed to work well during the week because my appetite decreased. However, on weekends when I was resting at home, even with Seongnam Maunja, I ended up doing everything from brunch to cafes and delivery. It seemed like medication couldn't control the slacking off on days off, and after I stopped, my weekend appetite returned even stronger, making it harder to manage.
How did you find out about the Seongnam area? I'm at a loss because I don't have any information either. Getting complacent on weekends is a problem I face every time, so I'm also curious how you approached it after you stopped.
I highly recommend trying Asatrogen!! I've tried starving myself, blood sugar diets, and even went to Seongnam Maunjaro for months, but I never succeeded because of my appetite... ㅠㅠ But ever since I started taking Asatrogen, I've actually lost weight rather than gaining it, so I've settled on this one!!
By any chance, how much did you lose....?!
Uh... I think I've heard of this... haha. The effects are so good that I shouldn't take Kippaemom 120, right?
I lost 5 kilos when I did nothing but eat before meals for about 3 months, and after that, I combined it with exercise and lost a total of 11 kilos over 6 months!
Lol, I've heard of it too...; At first I thought it was clickbait, but seeing the results, it's for real; so now I only take it on my cheat days to maintain my weight~
Wow, that's insane. I'm going to buy a 3-month supply of Asatrogen too.
I used to give up on dieting altogether because of recurring weekend binge eating, but ever since I started taking a craving suppressant, the urge to constantly crave something on my days off has significantly decreased. I've seen people taking both Seongnam Maunzaro and craving suppressants, so I think it would be helpful for those struggling with weekend cravings to look into them together.
The fact that the urge to keep looking for something on my days off has decreased is exactly what I needed...!! This time, I'm going to properly look into Seongnam Maunzaro and appetite suppressants together.
I'm also considering Maunzaro in Seongnam because it's the closest to my house. Are there any good places there?
Oh, I'm not really sure either... I'll let you know if I find a good place on Maunja-ro in Seongnam!
Can you recommend a place near the subway station?
I've heard a lot about the Bundang area, but I'm not really sure either...
