I had only ever tried Shurink, but I heard that Ultherapy has been updated recently and is less painful, so I used my bonus money to get Ultherapy Prime.
Since I live in Incheon, I went to Tami Plastic Surgery in Guwol-dong, where all the dermatology and plastic surgery clinics are concentrated. They offer Ultherapy, Rejuran, and sleep anesthesia.
(A specialist doctor performed the procedure, and they were very kind.)
I booked a sleep anesthesia appointment, paid the deposit, and fasted before going. After the consultation, taking photos, and signing the consent form, I lay down in the treatment room, and it felt like real surgery; it was terrifying! The anesthesiologist came over, and he was very dad-like. He kindly asked for my information and my drinking capacity; he was like Winnie the Pooh and so sweet that it helped me relax a bit. Since I was trembling so much, the staff gave me a doll to hug tightly. Then the doctor who was going to perform the procedure came over and showed me the Ultherapy screen. He said it was an ultrasound to look at my muscle layers, but I couldn't really hear what he was saying.
For the Rejuran, he showed me the syringe, and I seriously wondered how I would have managed to get it done without general anesthesia...
Anyway, my memory was erased after that, and when I woke up, I was in the recovery room.
The Rejuran embossing marks were quite severe, so a staff member gave me a mask to wear when I left. Other than that, there was no swelling from the Ultherapy.
I was supposed to receive the recording of the Ultherapy ultrasound video, so they sent it to me via KakaoTalk, but... I don't really understand what it is even after watching it; it just seems like it went well. For the Rejuran, they gave me a genuine product card, but I don't even know where in the house it is now.
But I understand why it's called Ultherapy now...
It really makes a difference when you do it. My whole face felt lifted and tight. If you're over 30, Ultherapy is a must. I’ve definitely realized that they weren’t just saying it for nothing.... I usually couldn’t even try Rejuran because it was too painful, but it’s great that I don’t feel any pain ^^
If possible, I plan to get multiple procedures done at once under general anesthesia in the future. Pain-free pleasure is better than I expected, and it feels somehow more satisfying ^^ Satisfied

Can I get Ulthera and Rejuran together?
Yes, you can do them together! I had mine done under general anesthesia, so I just had them done at the same time. I definitely recommend getting multiple procedures done at the same time when you're getting general anesthesia.
Tami Plastic Surgery was really good lol. Since there was an anesthesiologist there, I felt so much less anxious during sleep anesthesia!
You're right, human psychology really is different.
