Hii everyone! I'm Bella from Indonesia, and I'm so excited to be heading to Seoul next month. This will be my first time traveling alone, and I'm planning to focus on skincare treatments and exploring aesthetic clinics there. I really want to experience something different from what's available here, especially anything related to K-beauty hehe.
I've heard a lot about the various popular treatments in Korea, but I'm still a bit unsure where to start. I wanted to ask, what do you all think is the most worthwhile to try? What are the must-experience treatments while I'm there? I'm open to anything, from facial treatments and skincare consultations to more specialized procedures. I'm really curious about what keeps people coming back!
Also, can anyone suggest any good areas or neighborhoods for healthcare and aesthetic clinics? I'm looking for places that are reputable but also welcoming to foreigners like me. Budget-wise, I'm trying to figure out a realistic range. I'm so happy to connect with this community—hopefully, I can get some tips and recommendations from those of you who have experienced it before!

Reading Bela's post made me so excited too! I'm also planning a trip to Seoul next month for the same reason. I intend to fully immerse myself in the K-beauty experience. If anyone has any recommendations for the best activities or areas to visit in Seoul, that would be great! 😊

This is my first time traveling to Seoul alone too, and I totally get that feeling of being both excited and a little overwhelmed 😄 I'm also doing my research right now and have heard from many people that you absolutely must try local skincare consultations and treatments, because Korean beauty culture is indeed very different from ours. I'm also not sure where to start, but after reading many posts, it seems like the Gangnam and Myeongdong areas have a particularly large selection, and are also quite friendly to foreign customers? I hope we can both find places that suit us!
