I suffered terribly from sudden hearing loss starting early last year, but I recovered after visiting a Korean medicine clinic for eight months. The clinic I went to is a hearing loss clinic near Gangnam Station staffed by female doctors. Other places just treated me without telling me the cause, but this was the only place that explained exactly what caused my sudden hearing loss, so I decided to keep going. I had gallbladder removal surgery about 15 years ago. Since then, whenever I ate something wrong, I would frequently experience indigestion or symptoms of enteritis. I had an examination at the clinic, and they told me that my autonomic nervous system likely deteriorated significantly as my body was burdened and stressed whenever I ate the wrong food. Since then, I have been avoiding foods that don't agree with me and adjusting my diet. I had only thought it was an ear problem, so it is fascinating to learn that the cause was unexpectedly another underlying condition, but my mind is mixed. Nevertheless, I am glad to have met such a great doctor, and I intend to continue my treatment diligently.
