I have a question about dental care.
Does the vibration (sonic waves/rotation) of an electric toothbrush affect the sutures, swelling, or pain after facial (nose/eye) surgery?
Please let me know how many weeks after surgery it was safe to use, recommend a low-vibration model, and provide a phrase to ask the hospital.

I was curious about this after my surgery too, but I just asked my doctor directly if I could use an electric toothbrush haha.
Since it may vary depending on the surgical site and timing, it is safest to avoid using it during the early stages of recovery and consult your doctor.
Since it is a device that vibrates with micro-vibrations, it seems like it might have an effect...? I think you should ask your doctor!
